The challenge of the design for this renovated bungalow was to create an urban oasis, incorporating specific functional elements and compose a soft lush garden aspect. Elements for design incorporation included a double car garage, accessible hardscape pathways and circulation from the various access points, a dining section, a lounge space and a fire pit area. The variation of grade from entry points added to the complexity in design considerations.
